Industrial Cooling

Condensing units
Condensing units are among JDK’s most common products. Due to the use of key components from renowned manufacturers, the units offer excellent energy parameters combined with a broad range of output and temperatures. They are environmentally friendly, because of their low noise level, high aesthetic quality and usage of ecological refrigerants. With correct design, instalation and setting, they will provide high reliability and long service life.

Cooling technology kits
A condensing unit, an evaporator and a control box are the major components, designed to guarantee that the givenmodel will cool the storage space as required by given parameters. Each model within this range of refrigeration technology is supplied as a kit to installation and service companies. The kits are designed on the basis of standard conditions for standard commercial applications.

Multicompressor rack units
These are multiple-compressor machines, designed for cooling and freezing equipment which require a variable cooling capacity. A condenser as well as a control box can either be part of the design layout, or be installed as stand-alone units. To enable compressors to run simultaneously as well as on their own, a special solution has been designed for the oil system with electronic oil level regulators. The controlling system for multicompressor rack units allows compressors to be started depending on the cooling capacity requirements, and monitors the length of operation of each compressor in order to guarantee equal usage. It controls condenser fans and allows operation states, temperatures, alarms and other required data to be monitored and stored.

Liquid chillers
These are compact refrigeration units with a shall and tube evaporator or heat plate exchanger and an air-cooled condenser, situated either as part of the unit or standing alone in an outdoor environment. Depending on the investor’s requirements, a water-cooled condenser can also be used, although it requires a special water circulation system. These refrigeration units are designed for industrial applications in the plastic, chemical and food industries, as well as for ice skating stadium systems and air conditioning units. An advantage of these units is their high efficiency, reliability and ease of installation. Their operation is fully automated, requiring minimal servicing and maintenance. The equipment has protective devices which guarantee reliable and safe operation.

Control and monitoring systems
These are manufactured on the basis of an in-house concept and design. They comprise a control box constructed of protective and switching components and electronic control regulators, and a computer system enabling automatic control and data monitoring. These control regulators are compatible with the RS 485 line, and allow compressor units, condenser fans and customer devices such as electromagnetic valves, electric heaters, evaporator fans, door switches, lights and other elements, to be controlled. The computer system ensures the parameter settings and also controls the connected refrigeration equipment, controls and assesses alarm messages and displays and stores operating and user data.
