• Lead Automation Engineer (Russian)
  
  Position:
  •Link between customers and Client’s project teams (office location or on site);
  •Working with customer’s engineers in order to bring the project to a good end;
  •Supervision of project teams in designing, implementing and testing hard- and software. Coaching project engineers and stimulating co-operation within the project team.
  •Planning, organizing and monitoring the project team and providing feedback to the internal project organization. Technical quality checks during all project execution phases.
  •Review sub-vendors, checking and monitoring their deliverables.
  •Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  •Giving support during discussions with the client as and when required.
  •Assisting the Project Manager with the activity planning and execution of the work.
  
  Profile:
  • 3 to 5 year experience in leading process automation projects.
  • Technical education (at least Bachelor level) in a relevant field, e.g. Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro technical Engineering, Process Automation etc.
  • Fluently in Russian (native speaking) and English (speaking and writing skills).
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Flexible attitude and problem solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently in the project team or with customers.
  • Knowledge of and experience with designing and implementing process control systems (DCS).
  
  
  
• Project Manager (Russian)
  The project manager is responsible for the project execution for Russian projects and represents the Client in all dealings with the Client’s customers.
  
  Position
  •Final responsibility for projects and costs;
  •Representative for the end-client and responsible for customer satisfaction;
  •Manage over-all project execution plans;
  •Technical cost estimates and over-all project execution plans;
  •Advising on contract conditions;
  •Internal and external reporting;
  •Submission of quotes and negotiation with clients related to “supplementary work”;
  •Allocation of project budgets;
  
  Profile
  •A manager with strong communication skills who knows how to represent Client and how to motivate the project team;
  •Commercially-oriented with knowledge and experience in the development of international contracts;
  •Interested in new developments in the process industry, computerization and process automation based on integrated systems (DCS, Safety, Stardom, Fieldbus) and safety in the process industry;
  •Technical education (at least Bachelor level) in a relevant field, e.g. Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro technical Engineering, Process Automation etc.;
  •Preferably having experience in a strongly EPC-oriented, project-based working environment;
  •Knowledgeable of automated planning and budgeting techniques; knowledge of SAP is preferred;
  •Fluent in written and spoken Russian (native) and English;
  •Willing to spend 30% of working hours travelling.
  
  
  
• DCS Software Engineer (Russian)
  
  Position
  •Design and implementation of complex process control applications in Client’s DCS system based on P&ID’s, Control Narratives and Instrument Databases. Set standards and guide a small team to implement complex application software. Co-operate with other project teams located at home office and remote locations.
  •Analyze customer’s requirements for complex control, sequences and batch. Design and implement competent DCS application software. Discuss, test and finalize solutions together with customer’s engineers.
  •Supervise a team that designs, implements and tests DCS application software. Act as a coach for the application engineers and ensure good co-operation within the team.
  •Plan, organize and monitor the work of the project team and provide feedback to the internal project organization regarding the progress of work. Carry out technical quality checks throughout all project execution phases.
  •Conduct and co-ordinate internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  
  Profile:
  •Minimum BSc in Engineering.
  •3 to 5 year experience in design and implementation of DCS application software for complex control sequences and batch.
  •Fluently in Russian (native speaking) and English (speaking and writing skills)
  •Willingness to travel regularly.
  •Capable to work autonomously, practical, decisive and self-starter.
  •Flexible attitude and problem solving skills.
  
  
  
• Sales Engineer, Industrial Cooling systems
  Higher education, experienced in the industry, in good health, with a basic knowledge of English and able to work independently with a PC, MicroSoft Office, etc. Driver?s license and local employment permit a must.
  
  
• Service Engineer, Industrial Cooling Systems
  Good education, experienced in trouble-shooting and solving problems with industrial cooling systems built with Bitzer, Copeland, Daikin and other compressors as well as condensers, controls and peripherals. Ability to travel on short notice and possible over-time work. Basic knowledge of English preferred, but not required.
